DIVINE JOSSELIN

We had a lovely weekend in the Community of the Word of Life in Josselin (Morbihan) led by Helen Dumont from October 24 to 26. Twenty retreatants have experienced this time of intense prayer and teaching from the message of mercy that Jesus told Saint Faustina. The assembly carried by the prayers of the Community. Many retreatants have testify at the end of the weekend graces: peace, trust in God relief (the image of someone who arrived with suitcases full of worries and have returned home with suitcases full of confidence), discovery of Mercy as a treasure, important to give oneself rather than giving.

Is It Okay To Wear A Dress Shirt Untucked

REPORT OF THE NATIONAL MEETING OF NATIONAL MEETING

350 people from all over France came together this weekend to Valpré (Lyon) a magnificent National Meeting Mercy aroused by Cardinal Philippe Barbarin and Bishop Albert-Marie of Monléon.

All the diversity and richness of the Church of France shone in our meeting with the presence of various religious congregations (such as the Little Sisters of the Poor, Mary and Joseph's Mercy ..., the New Communities (Myriam Bethlehem Road ...), Nine Movements (Mother of Mercy ...), Associations (Secours Catholique ...) ... the faithful deeply committed to the Mercy and very happy to be in Church to deepen the mystery.

The meeting was punctuated by times of prayer, teaching and time friendly.

A great climate of peace and inner joy reigned throughout our deepest meeting.

Monsignor Barbarin, special speaker, in his lecture in the morning we said the word "Mercy" from the Greek and Hebrew translations, the word "Mercy" which is common to Christians, Jews and Muslims. We made it taste the way, from the scriptures that we can better appropriate it, understand it better from within. Using concrete examples, experiences, he showed us how Mercy could be a source of dialogue and meetings with Jews and Muslims.

With Chaplain Monsignor

Hubs led by four bishops met the expectations of participants on practical matters:

- Discovering Divine Mercy in the Bible with Bishop Legre

Vigil allowed to hear beautiful testimony of mercy received, which transforms the look on people, which heals the body and, mercy given to the detainees or from men suffering from abortion-related injuries to their wives ... then following the screening of the video of the World Congress held in Rome last April and we were able to achieve the universality of the message of mercy.

Congress concluded Sunday morning October 5, the feast of St. Faustina, for Mass at Our Lady of Fourvière Mass presided by Bishop Monléon.

Appointment is made for the 20-21 February 2010 in Lisieux to the next National Congress before the world in 2011! meanwhile, we are exhorted to be witnesses of Mercy where we live, but also come together to pass this mercy in the world!

Bloated Stomache After Umbilical Hernia Surgery

DIVINE HEART OF JESUS AND DIVINE MERCY

On May 30th, we celebrate the Heart of Jesus, let us prepare for this feast in meditating on the texts suggested below!

"Behold this Heart which has so loved men
he has spared nothing to exhaust
and consume
to show them his love
and recognition
I do not get that from most of ingratitude. "

Day Heart of Jesus is celebrated each year on the third Friday after Pentecost. During this feast, the Church contemplates the Heart of the Savior and be guided by him to the depths the mystery of love which meet the man and God. It is St. Margaret Mary (1674) Jesus asked, "that Friday after the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament is dedicated to a particular feast to honor my Heart". In 1856, Pope Pius IX extended the feast finally to the whole Church which has continued since then to celebrate it with fervor. In the 1930s, St. Mary Faustina of the Blessed Sacrament is encouraged to turn appearances of Christ who reveals the riches of his Heart which are love and mercy.

today we honor this celebration by our participation in the Eucharist and our deep adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Some prayers and texts that will help us in our approach.

Jesus Christ, My Lord and my God,
I think really and truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar,
receive this act of worship
deep desire to supplement the I adore you ever
and thanksgiving feelings of love
your Sacred Heart is for me.
I can best recognize that offering all acts of worship
, resignation, patience and love that even
Heart has made during his
mortal life and what is still and will forever in heaven, love you, you
worthily praise and worship by himself as much as I can.
I join this divine gift you make to your divine Father
and I will devote my whole being, begging you to destroy my sin
and not allow me to be separated from you forever .
Amen!

St. Margaret Mary

From Jesus to St. Faustina:

Of all my wounds, as of a stream flowing mercy for souls, but the wound of my Heart is the source of the unfathomable mercy of this source spring all graces for souls. The flames of mercy are burning me, I want to transmit them to human souls.

Be loved God, in the work of mercy!
Be blessed by all the faithful hearts that are under your eyes,
and live your life immortal.
My Jesus mercy, thy holy life on earth was painful
you will end your work in the terrible ordeal of passion,
suspended wood of the cross, and all this love for our soul. In a love
inconceivable, you opened up your holy side
and torrents of blood and water flowed from your heart.
is the living fountain of Thy mercy;
here, souls feel comfort and relief.
O inexpressible mercy of our Lord,
source of pity and Gentle!
Hope, hope, O my soul, although you are defiled by sin,
because when you draw near to God, you will find no amerturme.
For it is the fire burning for love.
When we approach him sincerely,
our troubles disappear, our sins and our anger;
will settle our debts when we will hand to him.

Saint Mary Faustina of the Blessed Sacrament

"Near the Heart of Christ, the heart of man learns the true meaning of life and unique and its destiny, to understand the value of an authentically Christian life, to refrain from certain perversions of the human heart, to join the filial love God to love one's neighbor. Thus, and this is the real remedy sought by the heart of the Savior, on the ruins accumulated by hatred and violence, will be built the civilization of love as desired, the reign of the Heart of Christ. "John Paul II Paray Monial, October 5, 1986

"The mystery of God's love for us is not only the content of worship and devotion to the Heart of Jesus is in the same way, content of all true spirituality and Christian devotion. It is important to stress that the basis of this devotion is as old as Christianity itself. Indeed, it is possible to be Christian than looking towards the Cross of our Redeemer, "to whom they have pierced" (Jn 19:37) Benedict XVI

Pope John Paul II set that date for the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Day of Prayer for the sanctification of priests. This day aims to involve all the people of God in prayer for priests. He explained the meaning June 27, 2003 by receiving the Vatican Congress participants promoted by the Italian National Federation of the Apostolic Union of the Clergy, on the occasion of this World Day of Prayer for the sanctification of priests. Here's an excerpt: "If the effectiveness of the ministry does not depend only on the activity and organizing efforts, although necessary, but primarily God's action, we must cultivate intimate communion with the Lord. Today, as in the past, the saints are the most effective evangelists, and all the baptized are called to strive for this "high degree" of the Christian life. " This applies a fortiori the priests who, in the Christian people, occupy positions and roles of great responsibility. Day World Prayer for the Sanctification of the Clergy (...), is specifically a good opportunity to implore the Lord for the gift of ministers for his zealous and holy Church. "

Happy Feast of the Sacred Heart!

John Paul II and Divine Mercy

Jean Paul Posted by Picasa He will go down in history, Pope of Mercy. In almost 27 years of his pontificate, the Pope was an apostle of mercy in many ways, for his education through the documents he has written (including Dives in Misericordia) and through his actions. We remember her listening skills, his intense gaze and caresses to all those who showed distress. He traveled the world as a pilgrim, proclaiming that nothing is more essential to man as God's mercy, that is to say that love and caring forgiving revalues. He brought the Church into the third millennium. In canonizing Sister Mary Faustina of the Blessed Sacrament in April 2000 and dedicated a shrine to divine mercy in August 2002, he stated that "mercy is the only hope for the world." He entrusted the fate of the world to divine mercy and did so with the fervent desire that this message of God's merciful love reaches all inhabitants of the earth and fills their hearts with hope. This is not because the Pope was Polish that St. Faustina was important, but because the message of Jesus was in Poland, he almost that the Pope was Polish. Jesus himself said to our religious "I especially like Poland. From it gush the spark that will prepare the world for my final coming." In turn, we are invited to receive and put into practice the message of Divine Mercy to Saint Faustina ...
